A senior at the Air Force Academy will face a court-martial next week on charges of sexual assault and abusive sexual contact.
Cadet 1st Class Steven Fox’s court-martial is scheduled to begin Jan. 22, the academy said in a release Thursday.
He is charged with two specifications of a violation of Article 120 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice. The charges stem from a single alleged incident against a civilian victim.
According to a charge sheet provided by the academy, the alleged incident happened sometime between September and December 2015.
Fox faced an Article 32 hearing in September that determined there was enough evidence to move forward with a trial.
