A senior cadet at the Air Force Academy will face a court-martial on a charge of sexual assault beginning Monday.
The academy said in a release Thursday that Cadet 1st Class Samuel Kyle Fuller has been charged with one specification of a violation of Article 120 of the Uniform Code of Military Justice.
According to a charge sheet provided by the academy, Fuller allegedly had sex with an unidentified woman while she was under the influence of alcohol and incapable of consenting. The charge sheet also said Fuller knew, or reasonably should have known, that the woman could not have consented to having sex.
