Destined for the moon, NASA’s Artemis rocket blasts into space
This morning NASA launched its Artemis 1 moon rocket, blasting the U.S. off on a path to reach the lunar surface for the first time in 50 years.
More than half of NASA’s moon-bound astronauts are active-duty military
NASA's Artemis program plans to return to the moon by 2024. Among the crew will be the first woman to walk on the moon.
